Vetiver Essential Oil
Vetiver essential oil comes from the vetiver plant, a clumpy green grass that is native to India, it is in the same family of grasses that include lemongrass and citronella. Vetiver is commonly used in perfumery.

Vetiver essential oil is great to help you wind down after a long day or if you need to buckle down and get on with some study or a project you have been putting off, it will help you concentrate and get the job done. Vetiver is great to use in massage oil for tired sore feet.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Vetiver essential oil to a diffuser to help you relax and sleep well.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops of a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Add a few drops to massage oil to improve sexual desire

Steam Face: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapors. Caution due to the risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment.

Blends well with other essential oils such as Bergamot, Clary Sage, Lavender, Lemon & Cedarwood

Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops).
Use this oil with caution around pets, never use it topically and store bottles out of reach.
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
