Ylang Ylang Essential oil
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil is derived from the star-shaped flower of the Cananga tree. Ylang Ylang has been used in religious ceremonies and weddings for centuries due to its floral fragrance. It is also very famous for being used in the famous perfume Chanel No.5 Ylang Ylang can have a calming effect on the nervous system and an uplifting effect on your mood.

How to use: Ylang Ylang essential oil has incredible calming and balancing properties. It is known to initiate states of euphoria, because of this it is very beneficial to those who are feeling anxious or stressed.
- Diffuser: Add 4-6 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil to a diffuser to help you fight away those anxious blues
- Put Ylang Ylang oil into an Epsom Salt bath for relaxation
- Shower:Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

- Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck to leave a beautiful floral scent
- Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up
Blends well with other essential oils such as Bergamot, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Lime, Lemon, & Mandarin.
